Executive Assistant to Director

 

Job Description:

  • Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.

  • Draft and review official communications, letters, emails, and presentations.

  • Serve as the Director’s point of contact with internal departments and stakeholders.

  • Maintain records of meetings, confidential documents, files, and approvals.

  • Coordinate and follow up on key projects, reviews, and event deadlines.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities

  • Discreet, professional, and dependable

  • Ability to work independently under pressure

  • Familiarity with cement industry terminology (preferred)

 

Experience & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

  • PG Diploma in Executive Assistance, Office Management, or similar (preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

  • Industry experience in cement, manufacturing, or construction (advantage)
