Executive Assistant to Director
Job Description:
Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
Draft and review official communications, letters, emails, and presentations.
Serve as the Director’s point of contact with internal departments and stakeholders.
Maintain records of meetings, confidential documents, files, and approvals.
Coordinate and follow up on key projects, reviews, and event deadlines.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
Discreet, professional, and dependable
Ability to work independently under pressure
Familiarity with cement industry terminology (preferred)
Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
PG Diploma in Executive Assistance, Office Management, or similar (preferred)
1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Industry experience in cement, manufacturing, or construction (advantage)
