Head of Department (E & I)

Role & Requirements:

• Oversee instrumentation operations and maintenance across the plant from crusher to packer, ensuring minimal breakdowns and optimal equipment availability.

• Lead departmental strategy, manpower planning and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements.

• Execute preventive maintenance, shutdown planning and root cause analysis to drive operational efficiency and cost control.

• Manage budgets, spare inventory and vendor coordination while driving continuous improvement and team development.

Qualification:

• Diploma/BE in Instrumentation/Electronics with 14-20 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance in large process/manufacturing industries or cement plants.

• Strong expertise in DCS, IO panels, drives, and process interlocks with ERP proficiency. Excellent leadership, analytical and people management skills.
